During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or terminated without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. maybank2e will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
The maybank2e platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including during fund withdrawals or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Users are required to provide valid identity verification documents upon request to ensure account security and meet compliance requirements.
Maybank2e reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms of use, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the platform. Where an account is suspended due to a violation, any balance held in that account may be frozen pending investigation in accordance with established internal procedures.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a maybank2e platform user, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. You are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Placing fraudulent bets or colluding with others to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Misusing promotions or bonuses in a manner contrary to the stated promotion terms and conditions.
- Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate forfeiture of all pending winnings, account closure, and legal action at the discretion of maybank2e management.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the maybank2e platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly support foreign currencies; any deposits made in currencies other than MYR may be subject to exchange rates and additional fees imposed by the payment provider.
Supported payment methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time based on the platform's operational requirements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account name used for deposits and withdrawals matches the name registered on the maybank2e platform. Any discrepancy may result in delays or rejection of transaction processing. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except under exceptional circumstances as determined by platform management.
Any taxes or charges related to financial services imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers are the user's sole responsibility. The maybank2e platform is not liable for any additional charges levied by third-party financial institutions.

Platform management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or transaction processing delays beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the maybank2e platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of the platform management. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The maybank2e platform may include references or descriptions relating to third-party services, such as payment providers. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party provider separately before use.

Severability
